Не запускается ПК после замены процессора на Xeon x3440

Если в двух словах, решили 

немного проапать старенький ПК товарища, сменили i3 530 на Xeon x3440, и подкинули 8гб памяти, и тут понеслась......

Дошёл до покупки Пост-карты) 

В видео думаю всё понятно, дальше загрузка не идёт, через какое-то время ребут, и такая же песня.....

Бывает, что с 10-15 принудительных перезагрузок запускается ПК.

Видеокарты меняли, память оперативную тоже. Биос сбрасывали.

Не хочется лишиться верного товарища)))))
