Доброй ночи. На Вашем месте смотрите в сторону sapphire rx580 4 гб (см.личку) они нормальные сам являюсь ее обладателем уже с июля 2020 года, хотя карта 2018 года выпуска, пока никакой термоинтерфейс не менял, по температурам все ок.

Бюджет ультранизкий, можно конечно рискнуть и взять sapphire rx580, навряд ли найдёте что-то более производительное. Но карты скорее всего с майнинга будут.
