Тут напрашивается добавить оперативной памяти: две по 8 Гб будет очень к месту.

 

Процессор менять нет смысла, итак почти самый мощный стоит.

 

ССД установлен, что уже хорошо.

 

По видеокарте - сказали выше.

 

То, что нестабильно работает: возможно Виндовс надо переустановить, возможно из-за перегрева сбоит. Нужно записать видео игрового процесса с мониторингом загрузки видеокарты, ЦПУ, оперативной памяти + температуры ЦПУ и ГПУ.
